Here are my results from Reading Eggs. I am going to try harder and do more Reading Lessons. The recommended Reading Level at this time of the year is Lesson 60. I won't forget to read books in the Reading Eggs library. I will go on Reading Eggs daily during the Summer holiday!
A vowel is a sound that goes in the middle. I am learning to listen carefully to a silly sentence and write it down after doing the robot. Our silly sentence of the day is ‘Jen then got a red hen'
Our inquiry this term is ‘Celebrations’. Our school has turned 50 years old! Happy Birthday Elm Park School.
We had a great party in Room 2. We made our own party hats using coloured paper and tissue paper. We decorated biscuits, played limbo, pass the parcel and we even cut out own class cake! Some of our parents came along to join us too. What a memorable day.

For Reading, I am working on Level Magenta. I have to learn 9 more words from my list of words. To become a better reader, I know I have to learn all my High Frequency Words and read 2-3 books every day with mum and dad.
